I’m Mai, a birth and postnatal doula in Worthing, supporting families across Sussex.

Pregnancy and birth can be profound, beautiful, and at times completely overwhelming. Midwives work incredibly hard, but they simply can’t always stay beside you throughout your entire labour. That’s where I come in.

Choosing a doula is a personal decision, and the most important thing is that you feel genuinely comfortable with the person who’ll be by your side. A free consultation is simply a chance to meet, ask anything you’d like, and see whether we feel like a good fit. There’s no commitment and no obligation, just a conversation.
