What is Complete Journey Support?
It's birth doula support and postnatal doula support brought together in one package. Instead of meeting someone new after your baby arrives, you have one doula who already knows you, your hopes and your birth, and who carries on supporting you at home.
What's included
Antenatal sessions. We explore your hopes, preferences and any worries, prepare your birth partner, and practise hypnobirthing techniques together.
On call from 37 weeks. I'm on call from 37 weeks until your baby arrives.
Continuous birth support. I stay with you throughout labour and birth, at home or in hospital, supporting you and your birth partner.
Postnatal visits. Home visits in the early weeks for feeding support, newborn care guidance, emotional check-ins and time for you to rest.
Time to talk about your birth. Space to talk through your birth with someone who was there.

Families choose Complete Journey Support because continuity matters to them. By the time your baby arrives, I'll know how you like to be supported, what worries you and what helps you feel calm. That trust carries straight into the postnatal weeks, when it can be hard to let someone new into your home.

How is this different from booking birth and postnatal support separately?
It's the same care, planned together from the start. Your postnatal support is shaped by everything we've talked about in pregnancy, and you don't need to arrange anything extra once your baby is here.
How much does a birth and postnatal doula package cost?
Every package is tailored, so prices are on enquiry. On our free call we'll talk through how much antenatal, birth and postnatal support you'd like, and I'll give you a clear price.
When should I book?
Ideally in your second trimester, so there's time for antenatal sessions. If you're further along, get in touch anyway and we'll see what we can do.
Can I change the postnatal support once my baby is here?
Yes. We plan postnatal visits before birth, but we can adjust them once you know how you're feeling and what would help most.
